Tum Bin Jaoon Kaha

tum bin jaaon kaha

“Tum bin Jaoon kaha my first complete guitar piece on Guitar. Late Shri P.R. Sharma, who used to give Guitar classes in West Delhi was my inspiration of the piece. He used to play this melody in mandolin and it had a great impact on me. I watched the movie and really learnt the sad and happy story reflected by music directed or same tune.”

As a tribute to R.D. Burman, the legendary Bollywood music director who has paved the way for the next generation of India’s musical directors and whose work continue to claim fame posthumously, Kapil Srivastava fond memories of Burman’s hits and his late teacher inspired him to live over the times and the tunes of his favorite songs from the movie, Pyar Ka Mausam as performed by the famed Indian Cinema singers Mohammed Rafi and Kishore Kumar.

Kapil rearranged this tune and added his very own guitar touch in adjusting the tempo and augmenting the melody in a new perspective. And in result, a refreshed and magnified Tum Bin Music unfolds.

The GM Tune Time episodes will provide varied music, styles, genres and a profound music library by the best musicians across globe to our members.
