Sites that offer only selected sections of the laws, along with commentary by and for lawyers and other materials that are not directly related to governmental decision-making were excluded. In addition, agencies may establish guidelines concerning deletion of identifying details or withholding of records otherwise available under this section to prevent unwarranted invasions of personal privacy and in compliance with New York State and federal laws regarding the protection of such information.
